1. Kullanım Kuralları ve Hesap Güvenliği

Glossy Skin'i kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı taahhüt edersiniz:

  • Kamerayı veya görsel yükleme özelliklerini kullanırken, yalnızca kendi yüz fotoğraflarınızı veya iznini aldığınız kişilerin fotoğraflarını yükleyebilirsiniz. Yasal olmayan veya telif hakkı ihlali barındıran görseller yüklenemez.

2. Premium Abonelikler ve İptal Politikası

Uygulamamız içindeki Premium özellikler abonelik modeli ile sunulmaktadır:

  • Tüm Premium abonelik işlemleri, ödemeler, iptaller ve iadeler **Google Play Store / Apple App Store** ve **RevenueCat** entegrasyonu aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilir.
  • Abonelikleriniz, siz iptal etmediğiniz sürece seçtiğiniz dönem sonunda (haftalık, aylık veya yıllık) otomatik olarak yenilenir.
  • Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz an Google Play Store veya Apple App Store üzerindeki **"Aboneliklerim"** sayfası üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal işlemi bir sonraki fatura döneminden itibaren geçerli olur.
  • İadeler ve ödeme uyuşmazlıkları tamamen ilgili uygulama mağazasının (Apple/Google) iade politikalarına tabidir.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

Glossy Skin mobil uygulamasının tasarımı, kaynak kodları, logoları, grafik yapısı, analiz algoritmaları ve tüm tescilli içerikleri Glossy Skin'in mülkiyetindedir ve telif hakkı yasaları ile korunmaktadır. Önceden yazılı izin alınmaksızın kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya ticari amaçlarla kullanılamaz.

4. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Glossy Skin, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya tamamen hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Yapay zeka (AI) ve görüntü işleme teknolojileri her zaman %100 doğru sonuçlar üretmeyebilir. Ürün içerik veritabanlarındaki bilgilerin doğruluğu için azami çaba gösterilmekle birlikte, üreticilerin zaman zaman yaptığı formül değişiklikleri nedeniyle doğabilecek tutarsızlıklardan Glossy Skin sorumlu tutulamaz. Kozmetik ürünleri cildinize uygulamadan önce her zaman küçük bir bölgede test etmeniz (patch test) önerilir.

5. Değişiklikler

1. Terms of Use and Account Security

By using Glossy Skin, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration and profile information you provide is completely accurate and up-to-date.
  • You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and credentials.
  • When using the camera or image upload features, you may only upload face photos of yourself or persons from whom you have obtained explicit consent. Illegal or copyrighted images cannot be uploaded.

2. Premium Subscriptions and Cancellation Policy

Premium features inside our application are offered under a subscription model:

  • All premium subscription purchases, processing, cancellations, and refunds are managed via **Google Play Store / Apple App Store** and **RevenueCat**.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annual) unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the **"Subscriptions"** menu on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

The design, source code, logos, graphical assets, artificial intelligence analysis algorithms, and proprietary database content of Glossy Skin are the exclusive property of Glossy Skin and are protected by copyright laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Glossy Skin does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or completely error-free. Artificial intelligence (AI) and computer vision technologies may not always produce 100% accurate analyses. While we make maximum efforts to keep our cosmetic ingredient database accurate, Glossy Skin is not responsible for discrepancies arising from manufacturer formula changes. It is highly recommended to perform a patch test on a small area of your skin before applying any new cosmetic products.
